Below are common frequently asked questions as well as tips and recommendations on how to maintain your textiles after being serviced.

Q: How long do carpets take to dry?

A: Industry standards suggest that most carpets can take 6-12 hours to dry. However, through the use of our high speed air movers used during our premium carpet cleaning experience, some carpets can be dry in as little as 4-8 hours. We can even supply you with complimentary shoe covers in case you need to walk on a freshly cleaned surface sooner.

Q: How can I promote faster drying times for my carpet?

A: We recommend setting your A/C to 75 degrees or cooler and turning on any ceiling fans to help promote air flow.

Q: Do you provide commercial services?

A: Absolutely! Whether you have a 500 sq ft office or a 50,000 sq ft office, we have the equipment and experience needed to provide you with amazing results.

Q: I have pets, what should I do?

A: We love pets! But sometimes they do not agree with the sounds generated from some of the equipment. We want them to be as comfortable as possible during your service experience so we recommend letting them relax in a closed, quiet room away from the areas being serviced. Have birds? Birds have a very delicate sense of smell and some of the pleasant odors associated with cleaning solutions could set them uneasy. We recommend placing them in a closed, quiet room away from the areas being serviced and returning them to their normal room after any odors have dissipated.

Q: I have a warranty through my carpet manufacturer, what do I do?

A: Most carpet manufacturers recommend periodic professional cleaning utilizing a hot water extraction (i.e. steam) cleaning in order to maximize the longevity and beauty of your flooring. These periodic cleanings can range from 6 months to 24 months depending on the amount of traffic they are exposed to. We recommend having your carpets cleaned before they look visibly soiled.

Q: My pet had an accident!

A: Pet urine if left untreated can cause irreversible damage, including permanent staining or dye instability and color bleeding. To minimize the negative affects until we can arrive, follow these precautions. Take a clean, dry white cloth and blot (do not rub) the spot repeatedly until mostly dry. Then mix 1 part white vinegar with 4 parts clean water and lightly spray onto affected area. Blot again until mostly dry. Close off the area to the animal as they are often attracted to the scent and may have more accidents in that area.

Q: Should I have a sealer/protector applied to my flooring and upholstery?

A: Sealers & Protectors provide a protective barrier that helps to block any soiling and staining from normal day to day use from adhering to the surface and can help to prolong the life and beauty of your flooring. These can be applied to almost any textile including carpets, area rugs, upholstery, tile and grout, natural stone, and more.

Q: How often should I have protector/sealer applied?

A: Think of a Teflon coated frying pan. When brand new, an egg will slide around freely on its surface and surface contaminants will wipe off easily. But over time and with use, the Teflon coating will wear away and the egg will slide less freely and it will become more difficult  to clean. The same goes for your flooring and upholstery. Over time with routine wear and tear, vacuuming and professional cleaning, your sealer/protector will wear down. We recommend reapplying any sealer/protector with each deep professional cleaning to maintain a maximum level of protection and peace of mind.
